Shipping

• We ship using both USPS and UPS.  Please provide us with addresses for either option, using the "Notes" at checkout for any additional information.

• Your order will be shipped out with in 2 business days and a tracking number will be attached/ Emailed to you. 

Returns

All sales are final, except in cases of product defect (such as an unnoticed crack, but not for natural glaze variations).  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us.  Our goal is for you to love your new pottery!  If there is a confirmed claim, either for breakage in shipment or flaw as described, we will work to replace the piece, if possible, in a timely fashion or provide a full refund with shipping included.
